Hi, I’m Phil Knott, I have been in the automotive service industry for over 30 years and I have been involved in technical and training publications for 20 years.

My working life started as an automotive technician, where I became a very skilled and competent senior technician. Over the years in the workshop and dealership environment I learnt many valuable life-skills, one such skill was clear communication.

I moved into the automotive technical publication sector, where I then learnt how to become a technical author and technical training developer.

In this new environment I created owner handbooks, quick start guides, workshop manuals, labour times, technical publications, technical training, apprentice training material, eLearning (and much much more) for many manufactures and well known businesses.

My team and I are dedicated to making our customers 100% happy!
